The role covers end-to-end recruitment, screening and interviewing candidates, preparing job descriptions, maintaining records, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely, compliant hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally internal.
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance.
• Excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational needs.
