Position Title: HR Recruiter (Nationwide Deployment)
Department: Human Resources – Recruitment
Reports To: HR Supervisor for Recruitment
I. JOB SUMMARY
The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including local sourcing, screening, hiring, and deployment of personnel across various project sites nationwide. This role requires flexibility, mobility, and the ability to support manpower requirements in any part of the Philippines, particularly for security operations.
The position ensures that all hiring activities are aligned with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance while maintaining efficiency, quality of hires, and timely deployment.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sourcing & Recruitment
- Conduct active sourcing of applicants through field recruitment, job fairs, online platforms, referrals, and community networks
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool/database for security personnel and support staff
- Coordinate with local barangays, LGUs, and partner institutions for recruitment activities
- Travel to various locations as needed to support urgent hiring requirements
2. Screening & Selection
- Conduct initial interviews, background checks, and pre-screening assessments
- Evaluate applicant qualifications based on client requirements and company standards
- Ensure completeness and authenticity of pre-employment documents
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients when necessary
3. Deployment & Mobilization
- Facilitate timely deployment of hired personnel to assigned areas nationwide
- Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, onboarding schedules, and site endorsements
- Ensure proper documentation and turnover to operations or site supervisors
- Monitor deployment status and resolve issues related to manpower shortages
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and 201 files
- Prepare recruitment reports (hiring status, deployment updates, sourcing metrics)
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Operations and HR to align manpower requirements
- Respond to urgent staffing requests and provide timely updates
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Criminology or related field
- At least 1–3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in security, manpower, or high-volume hiring
- Experience in field recruitment and nationwide hiring is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
IV. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to travel and be deployed anywhere in the Philippines as required
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Physically capable of conducting field recruitment activities
- Preferably knows how to drive (motorcycle or 4-wheel) – an advantage

The HR Recruiter is required to support recruitment, sourcing, and deployment activities in any location within the Philippines as part of operational requirements. Refusal to perform assigned duties without valid and justifiable reason may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.
