Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Strategy

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations for both internal staff and deployed manpower.


• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with manpower operations.


• Partner with management to support workforce planning and organizational needs.

Manpower Management & Deployment

• Oversee deployment, movement, and offboarding of manpower staff.


• Coordinate closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure staffing requirements are met.


• Manage employee records, contracts, assignments, and documentation.

Labor Relations & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and manpower industry standards.


• Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.


• Manage audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

• Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, leaves, and statutory benefits.


• Ensure accurate computation and compliance for wages, overtime, and government contributions.


• Coordinate benefits administration for deployed and internal employees.

Performance Management & Engagement

• Implement performance evaluation processes appropriate for manpower operations.


• Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.


• Address workforce issues affecting productivity and morale.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, compliance, and workforce metrics.


• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date HR records and documentation.
