Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Criminology or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in security, manpower, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience in field recruitment and nationwide hiring is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & recruitment: active sourcing of applicants through field recruitment, job fairs, online platforms, referrals, and community networks.
• Screening & selection: conduct interviews, background checks, and pre-screening assessments; endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Deployment & mobilization: facilitate timely deployment nationwide and coordinate logistics for onboarding and site endorsements.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure recruitment activities comply with Philippine labor laws and company policies; maintain records and recruitment reports.
• Stakeholder coordination: work with Operations and HR to align manpower requirements and respond to urgent staffing requests.
