Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to hiring and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job openings on online recruitment platforms and social media channels

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels

• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews and assessments

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and applicants

• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker

• Monitor the status of applicants and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process

• Prepare and facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents

• Assist in urgent and high-volume hiring requirements while meeting recruitment deadlines

• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers regarding manpower needs and candidate requirements

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable Philippine labor practices
