Job Summary:
The Security Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified security personnel to meet the operational needs of the organization. This role ensures that the recruitment process is efficient, compliant with company policies, and attracts candidates who meet the professional standards required for security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for security personnel, including guards, supervisors, and specialized security roles.
Advertise job openings through appropriate channels such as job portals, social media, and community outreach.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for security roles.
Conduct background checks, reference verification, and other pre-employment assessments as required.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records accurately.
Coordinate recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in assessments for security candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during recruitment.
Liaise with operations managers and supervisors to understand staffing requirements and deployment timelines.
Assist in preparing employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
Support HR in generating recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in security or manpower services.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in the Philippines.
