Reporting To: HR Manager

Salary Range: 18,000 - 20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description

La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to support our growing organization. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
• Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and assist with final interviews
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
• Maintain recruitment reports and employee records
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 12 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
