Responsabilités

• Source qualified candidates by posting openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and skills assessments.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to understand manpower requests and timelines.
• Perform reference checks and verify employment history.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including medicals, job offers, and orientation.
• Maintain personnel files and update status changes.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Address employee inquiries about policies and employment matters.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Management for projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Post job openings on recruitment platforms including social media and job fairs to source qualified candidates.




• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and skills assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications against client specifications.




• Coordination: Work closely with the HR Manager to understand client’s specific manpower request, staffing quotas, and timeline expectations. Liaise with client to report recruitment status, endorse applicants, or provide employee updates.




• Background Checking: Perform reference checks and verify employment history and credentials.




• Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate pre-employment medical examinations, coordinate job offers, draft employment contracts, and manage new-hire orientation.




• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel files, updating status changes, leaves, transfers, and project offboarding.




• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.




• Attend employee inquiries regarding company policies or any employment related inquiries.




• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management in relation to project assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field




• 1 to 2 years of working experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or manpower agency operations




• Highly organized and adaptable to high-volume recruitment




• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to details




• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines




• Willing to work in Makati City
