LIMA LAND, INC. is seeking an HRBP Officer - Talent Attraction on a project basis to lead end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with managers, design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Experience with ATS/HRIS and knowledge of Philippine labor laws is preferred; volume hiring experience is a plus. This role supports timely hiring across departments in Metro Manila.

This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure timely and effective recruitment while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and other HR initiatives.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
Experience handling volume hiring and professional-level recruitment is an advantage.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS is an advantage.
