Job summary

LIMITLESS KONSTRAQ INC. in the Philippines seeks a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom and construction projects.

You will source candidates via Facebook, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins, and screen applicants to present ready-for-interview talent. You will coordinate with Project Managers and HR to understand manpower needs, endorse top candidates for interviews, and verify experience in fiber optic, OSP, FTTH, cable installation, splicing, testing,

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requests to deployment.
• Strong sourcing abilities across social media, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Skilled in screening and shortlisting candidates to fit job specs.
• Able to coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and HR for manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to deployment.
• Source qualified candidates through Facebook, portals, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Recruit telecom and construction personnel (Fiber Optic Tech, Lineman, Splicer, OSP Tech, etc.).
• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming projects.
• Review applications and resumes based on job requirements; screen via phone/online/face-to-face.
• Endorse qualified candidates to HR or hiring managers for final interview.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to understand manpower needs.
• Verify experience in fiber optic, OSP, FTTH, cable installation, splicing, testing, maintenance.
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request to employee deployment.
Source qualified candidates through Facebook, job portals, recruitment platforms, referrals, walk-in applicants, and other sourcing channels.

Recruit personnel for telecom and construction positions, including:

• Fiber Optic Technician
• Lineman
• Splicer
• OSP Technician
• Cable Puller
• Rigger
• Team Leader
• Site Supervisor
• QA/QC Personnel
• Dispatcher / SPOC
• Project Coordinator
• Admin and support staff

Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming projects.
Conduct continuous sourcing to meet project manpower requirements.
Review applications and resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening through phone, online, or face-to-face interviews.
Endorse qualified candidates to the HR Manager or hiring manager for final interview.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and Operations to understand manpower requirements.
Verify candidates' relevant experience in fiber optic, OSP, FTTH, cable installation, splicing, testing, maintenance, and related telecom activities.
Coordinate job offers and employment requirements with selected candidates.
Follow up candidates regarding submission of pre-employment requirements.
