Gingersnaps Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role focuses on identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with major job portals and ATS systems to maintain a smooth candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jora).

Responsabilidades

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed.
