Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking an HR and Recruitment Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.

The role focuses on sourcing through multiple channels, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and ongoing recruitment analytics to support current and future business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with the recruitment manager to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and organisational culture.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events).
• Post job advertisements, manage and update applications, and maintain the recruitment tracker.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone/virtual interviews, coordinate face-to-face interviews, and schedule candidates with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment data and metrics, analyze trends and make recommendations to improve processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; engage passive candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practices in recruitment.
• Represent the organisation at job fairs, campus recruiting events or other outreach initiatives (if applicable).
• Perform other HR-related or Admin tasks as required (e.g., coordination with other HR functions, support on special projects).

About the role

The HR and Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full life end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to onboarding ensuring we attract and hire high-quality talent and offboarding.
