Job summary

M-TECH AUTO ACCESSORIES in Cebu City is seeking an HR Recruitment/Generalist to support our team. You will handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating with department heads to post jobs and hire qualified applicants.

This role requires at least 1 year of HR experience, strong multitasking, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will also prepare reports for SSS, PHIC and Pag-ibig.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA major in HR Development Management.
• With strong background in recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring applicants.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of handling people and fast adaptation to workload.
