Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an HR Payroll Staff in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The role requires a BS Psychology or HR Development Management degree with at least two years' experience in timekeeping, payroll and benefits.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is needed, along with excellent communication and adaptability. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end payroll processing, government remittances, and employee inquiries, while supporting HR programs and exiting processes.

Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned at Paliparan III, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
• Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process SSS Loans (online approvals).
• Process PAG-IBIG Loans (online approvals).
• Handle Gov't remittances processing.
• Process SSS Benefit Claims (Sickness, Funeral, Death).
• Handle timekeeping and payroll for part-time staff.
• Process timekeeping for direct employees.
• Address employee salary-related inquiries.
• Process Exit Clearance and Exit Interviews for final pay.
• Provide HR support on leaves and compensation issues.
• Promote HR programs to improve workplace efficiency.
• Carry out tasks assigned by HR Supervisor/Head.

• Processing of SSS Loans (approval thru online)
• Processing of PAG-IBIG Loans (approval thru online)
• Processing of Gov't Remittances.
• Processing of SSS Benefit Claims (Sickness, Funeral, Death, etc.)
• Processing manual timekeeping and payroll of Part time employees
• Processing of timekeeping only for direct employees.
• Answering employee concerns with regards to salary concerns, leave credit concerns etc.
• Processing of Exit Clearance and Exit Interviews for final pay computation.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues and all employee concerns that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Other tasks that may assign by the HR Supervisor and Head of HR Dept.
