Job summary

BUILDRIGHT CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an HR Payroll Staff to manage and process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. You will handle payroll-related inquiries, maintain payroll records, and coordinate with Finance for proper disbursement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Accounting or related fields, at least 1 year of payroll experience, proficiency in Excel and payroll software, and strong

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll systems, government statutory computations, and labor standards.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other HRIS or payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Can work ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure completeness of daily time records (DTR) and attendance summaries for payroll computation.
  • Encode and validate necessary payroll data such as overtime, allowances, deductions, absences, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll files and records.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for HR and Finance use.
  • Ensure compliance with government statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) including preparation and submission of related reports and payment summaries.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, and government contributions.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting for payroll fund requests and payroll disbursement schedules.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and employee records.
  • Perform other HR tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
