QQ English is seeking an HR Staff to support daily HR operations including employee records, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires meticulous document management and confidentiality.
As part of the HR team, you will handle onboarding, government benefits coordination (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), generate reports, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism. A bachelor's degree and basic HR experience are preferred.
The HR Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR functions related to employee records, timekeeping, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, government compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures accurate documentation, efficient HR processes, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage and maintain employee 201 files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and validate HR data needed for payroll processing.
Process employee movements such as regularization, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
Coordinate government-mandated benefits, loans, and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements).
Prepare HR documents including employment certificates, notices, disciplinary documents, and reports.
Assist in onboarding and employee orientation by ensuring completion of required documents.
Monitor compliance with company policies and labor standards.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.
Maintain HR databases and generate periodic reports for management.
Support employee engagement activities and company-wide HR initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll support, compensation and benefits, employee records management, and labor compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
