Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. seeks an HR & Payroll Officer to accurately process payroll, calculate taxes, and manage deductions using our payroll software, while supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of experience, knowledge of Philippine labor and tax rules, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail in confidential data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, HRM or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, BIR withholding tax rules, and statutory benefits compliance.
• 2-3 yrs. extensive experience.
• Familiar with general accounting principles.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately using the company's payroll software and handle tax calculations and deductions.
• Collect and verify timekeeping information and calculate pay, leaves, and overtime.
• Prepare and submit government reports (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR) and alphalist reports.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including creating job offers and contracts.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and handle loans/claims processing.
