Job summary

PH Global Jet Express Inc. is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage payroll processing and timekeeping for employees in Bulacan. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and calculating wages while overseeing payroll budgets and performance.

Requirements include a degree in Accounting/HR/Business Admin and at least 3 years in HR/payroll. Proficiency with HRIS and accounting software, strong confidentiality, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, payroll preparation, and related functions.
• Proven work experience as Payroll Officer/Clerk or similar role (manual and system).
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate employees' Daily Time Record (DTR).
• Prepare and process employees’ compensation bi-monthly.
• Ensure correctness of payroll computations including deductions.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll.
• Answer payroll-related employee concerns and disputes.
• Check DOLE and NWPC announcements and directives on employee statutory benefits.
• Assist Compensation & Benefits with any benefits-related activities.
