Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is hiring an HR Specialist to support a US-based client from our Makati office on a night shift. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least two years of HR operations experience with US labor regulations, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR operations experience with US labor regulations and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and workforce management.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries with accuracy.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational goals.
