• 1–2 years end-to-end US payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) experience.
• Experience with SAP HR, ADP, and MyServices ticketing system.
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) proficiency.
• Willing to work in hybrid setup (2-3 days onsite) and night shift.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs per schedule and checklists.
• Process semi-monthly/biweekly payrolls and GL postings.
• Handle final pay calculations and off-cycle adjustments.
• Coordinate banking with direct deposits and checks, and related activities.
• Provide backup support to payroll team.
• Manage Payroll mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR Direct and Employee Central to resolve payroll issues.
• Year-end uploads, testing, and reconciliations.
