Vertiv Co is seeking an HR Services Supervisor - HR Operations to lead the HR Operations team in delivering lifecycle and transactional services across onboarding, probation administration, letters, benefits, and offboarding. You will ensure compliant, timely, employee-focused delivery while driving standardization and automation.

You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and external vendors to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the function.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in HR operations or shared services.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with onboarding, probations, letters, benefits, offboarding, and HR transactions.
• Knowledge of HR metrics (SLA/OTD, quality, productivity, backlog, CSAT).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the HR Operations team delivering employee lifecycle and HR transactional services.
• Manage daily workload, priorities, case distribution and capacity for timely service delivery.
• Ensure SLA/OTD, quality and customer satisfaction targets are met; monitor metrics.
• Provide coaching and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and vendors for seamless handoffs.
