Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking an HR Supervisor to assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role supervises HR staff, coordinates core HR functions, and serves as a key contact for employees and management.

The HR Supervisor will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR reporting while upholding labor laws and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must understand HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Experience supporting HR operations and staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day HR operations and HR team members
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Handle employee relations matters and support disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve HR-related concerns
• Assist with HR audits and inspections
