Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide front-line support for a defined employee population in Metro Manila. You will own core lifecycle processes, coordinate HR programs, and serve as the trusted partner to people managers, translating HR frameworks into consistent delivery.

You will drive PMO activities, engage in culture initiatives, manage interns, and oversee onboarding, performance conversations, and lifecycle milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years HR experience including HR operations, lifecycle support, engagement, or project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HRBP support for an assigned population.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine employee and manager inquiries.
• Build relationships with people managers and employees; resolve routine concerns.
• Monitor onboarding, attrition, engagement, attendance, and feedback; identify trends and risks.
• Prepare employee insights, briefing materials, and action trackers for HRBP discussions.
• Develop project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk logs for HR programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure HR programs are delivered on schedule.
• Support culture, branding, GPTW programs, and internal communications.
• Own internship program coordination from onboarding to closure and renewal.
• Manage new-hire onboarding, probation, and regularization milestones; support manager interventions.
• Coordinate HR communications calendar; draft announcements and newsletters; lead annual HR Roadshow.
