Vertiv Group Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Services Supervisor - HR Operations to lead a team delivering employee lifecycle and HR transactional services across Preboarding, Probationary Administration, Employee Letters, Benefits Administration, Offboarding, and related activities.

You will drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure accurate, compliant, employee-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution.
3–5+ years in HR operations or shared services.
Experience leading a team and managing employee lifecycle transactions.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, privacy, and compliance.
Experience with HR systems (ServiceNow, Oracle) and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the HR Operations team for Preboarding, Probationary Administration, Employee Letters, Benefits Administration, and Offboarding.
Ensure SLA/OTD, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Coach for performance, manage workload, and provide escalation support.
Maintain SOPs, drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and COEs to ensure seamless service delivery.
