The role involves providing front-facing HR support, managing HR operational processes, and mentoring junior associates. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or related operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-facing support for routine HR inquiries and transactional processes.
• Monitor, manage, and ensure accuracy in HR operational processes.
• Mentor and guide junior associates to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Analyze requests and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws.
• Support HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, absence management).
