True Aire Aircon and Electrical Supply is seeking an HR Officer to oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, records management, policy compliance, and support for organizational needs.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll processes, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. The role is based in Davao City with company car and onsite parking, offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Dacudao Avenue, Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, records management, policy compliance, and support for organizational needs.
• Manage recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
• Process timekeeping data, attendance reports, payroll, and leave applications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.
• Conduct HR-related activities, such as orientations, events, and training sessions.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR-related reports as required.
• Supervise employees and create necessary employee relations documents such as NTEs and NODs.
