Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy seeks a seasoned HR Operations leader to oversee Performance & Growth, Employee Experience & Retention, and Onboarding & Offboarding across client entities. The role combines three HR functions into one cohesive operations unit.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of HR management experience, strong cross-functional coordination, and proven ability to lead a multi-function HR team while ensuring SLA compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in HR management or operations, with 3–4 years leading a multi-function HR team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR reporting/monitoring tools.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, supervisory, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the HR Analyst (Performance & Growth) and HR Generalists (Employee Experience & Retention; Onboarding & Offboarding).
• Ensure performance management, engagement/retention, and onboarding/offboarding processes stay aligned.
• Monitor SLA compliance across all three functions and intervene on at-risk items.
• Maintain standardized workflows, templates, and trackers across the team.
• Consolidate and submit HR Operations reports to the HR Director within timelines and attend client reviews.
• Coach direct reports on execution quality and support their professional development.
• Escalate issues to the HR Director and coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and other internal departments.
