Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR Team and manage the full employee lifecycle, partnering with Operations and department heads to align people practices with operational priorities.

A primary assignment will be to lead a structured review of every employee’s job description and contract, clarify accountabilities, resolve inconsistencies, and propose updates that support approved initiatives.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s degree and substantial progressive HR experience.
• Proven leadership of an HR team or function.
• Hands-on experience with job analysis, job descriptions, employment contracts, policies, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Human Resource Team and oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, engagement, records, policies, and compliance.
• Develop and execute HR plans that support organizational and operational goals.
• Review and improve all job descriptions, reporting relationships, competencies, and role-based performance measures in consultation with the Operations Manager and department heads.
• Audit employee contracts and coordinate authorized, compliant amendments where needed.
• Strengthen workforce planning, succession, management capability, and HR reporting.
• Guide managers and employees through workplace concerns and organizational change with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

We are looking for an experienced, practical, and people-focused Human Resource Manager to lead our Human Resource Team and manage the full employee lifecycle. This is a key leadership role for someone who can strengthen HR operations while serving as a trusted partner to management and employees.

You will work closely with our newly recruited Operations Manager and department heads to align people practices with operational priorities. A major initial assignment will be to lead a structured review of every existing employee’s job description and employment contract, clarify accountabilities, address inconsistencies, and recommend appropriate updates that support approved operational initiatives.

What You Will Do
