Job summary

Bold Business is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive guidance on company policies, onboarding, records management, and performance tracking. The role supports disciplinary processes, employee relations, and HR initiatives to drive operational success.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field with 2–3 years of HR experience, including familiarity with local labor laws and HRIS. Remote work with US hours and a dedicated workspace are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years progressive experience as HR Specialist or HR Generalist (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment standards, with experience handling disciplinary processes (NTE drafting and investigations).
• Experience with HRIS, data entry, and maintaining meticulous employee records.

Responsibilities

• Policy administration: support HR processes to ensure policy adherence.
• Guideline development: participate in creating organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Incident investigations: conduct pre-investigations to determine root causes and propose resolutions.
• Disciplinary actions: draft Notices to Explain and escalate in early disciplinary steps.
• Issue resolution: assist in resolving employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
• Employee lifecycle: manage onboarding for new hires and newly regularized staff.
• Database maintenance: keep employee records and HR databases accurate and secure.
• Verification & queries: handle pre- and post-employment verifications, COEs, and inquiries.
• Performance support: assist HR Manager with performance management processes.
• Metric tracking: monitor performance metrics and attendance data.
• Documentation & reporting: prepare HR reports and departmental metrics as needed.
• General support: perform other HR projects to support organizational goals.
