Job summary

SV More Pharma Corp. is seeking an HRD Associate (HRD Operations) to provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, training and engagement, HR operations, and organizational projects.

The role ensures HR requirements are coordinated, documented, and completed on time while collaborating with employees, HR teams, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business administration, or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in HR, office administration, project coordination or training administration.
• Academic achievements are an advantage but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including requirements monitoring and onboarding schedules.
• Support employee offboarding, including clearance monitoring and exit coordination.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training and employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations coordination and reporting.
• Support organizational development projects with trackers, presentations, and records.
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate with employees, HR teams, and stakeholders to complete HR activities on time.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to HR processes and tools.
