In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the business, oversee core HR functions, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives aligned with global standards. Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of HR experience across generalist functions.
Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Manager, or HRBP capacity.
Experience working within a regional or offshore reporting structure is highly desirable.
Experience in BPO, corporate, or professional services environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification is desirable
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
Solid understanding of local labour legislation and HR compliance, with the ability to align to global frameworks.
Proven ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels.

Analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data and providing insights.
High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
