Job summary

UPTC is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations at our Makati office. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and comprehensive employee relations programs to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in HR, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Must have Supervisory experience.
• Strong background in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning and people-related concerns.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and best practices.
• Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
