Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or related role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires; administer onboarding surveys.
• Assist in employee relations, compliance, and policy enforcement per labor laws.
