Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in analytical or operational HR processes.
• Leads and coordinates work with team members without formal supervision.
• Autonomous work within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guides and directs HR programs and procedures.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of HR data via routine audits.
• Prepares documentation for the HR knowledge base.
• Resolves problems by finding root causes and facilitating solutions.
• Coordinates services with HRIS and employee relations programs to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
