Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Ensure data updates are timely and accurate.
• Generate employment documents and letters as required.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Provide first-level HR support and escalate complex issues.
