Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR management roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in the Philippines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for all HR-related queries of the MSSC, including local business units.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records, HR databases, and reports in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment contracts, promotion and salary review letters, and certificates of employment.
• Oversee and ensure the completion of payroll-related documents and administer government-m mandated benefits.
