Conduent in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is hiring a HR Solutions Services Associate III to deliver workforce administration and HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1-3 years in HR operations, experience with HRIS such as SuccessFactors / SAP / SharePoint, and proficiency in English and Portuguese. You will handle onboarding, document generation, and confidential data with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, workforce administration, shared services, or a similar role.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/ SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.
• Strong English and Portuguese language skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsabilités

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, internal transfers, promotions, organizational changes, personal data changes and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Ensure employee data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Generate employment-related documents and letters as required.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Provide first-level HR support and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity within HR Information Systems, via own input or via peer-check.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Follow established HR processes and quality standards.
