Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support employees across onboarding, benefits, compliance, and records management. You’ll maintain HR data, administer programs, and serve as the first point of contact for employee relations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a solid 5 years in HR within a generalist/operations capacity, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Based in Mabalacat, Philippines, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and HR administration to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Manage benefits enrollment, government-mandated programs, and payroll-related reports.
• Maintain accurate HR data, records, and documentation with compliance.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations and policy guidance.
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
