Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, HR Operations on a 1-year contract. The role involves providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Business Partner, and contributing to HR reporting and dashboard enhancements.

You will identify opportunities to streamline HR processes via automation and digital solutions, assist in HR projects and transformation initiatives, and support ad-hoc HR duties as needed. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience with Power Automate and data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Business Partner.
• Support HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard enhancement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
• Support other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned.
