Sophos is seeking an experienced HR Manager for the Philippines to partner with local leaders and deliver practical HR solutions across employee relations, payroll, lifecycle management, and engagement. The role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner (Philippines) and involves coordinating with regional teams, ensuring policy compliance, and driving HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization with regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong payroll administration experience across inputs and coordination.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and local employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, compensation, development, and disciplinary actions.
• Deliver HR programs, policies, processes, and tools with regional teams.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters and workplace disputes.
• Support organizational change while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Payroll/HR Operations for accurate processing.
• Oversee onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, and turnover analysis.
• Plan and deliver local employee engagement initiatives and CSR activities.
• Coordinate global/regional HR programs ensuring local alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
