Qualifications

• College-level education or degree completed.
• US HR or Shared Services experience within the last 2 years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication across the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Willingness to work in the Bridgetowne, QC office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee exits including communication with IT and Facilities.
• Support employee changes such as transfers and promotions.
• Track Improvement Action Plan and filing for HR Operations.
• Coordinate communication with new hires and leaders on goal setting.
• Support HR Operations systems for internal and external team members.
• Assist with internal reports and intake of concerns.
• Provide HR information regarding unemployment claims and rehiring.
• Organize employee data like exit feedback and attrition reports.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR Operations.
• Maintain electronic filing system with updates and audits.
