We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while overseeing core people operations across our Philippines office. This position plays a critical role in driving workforce effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, partnering closely with stakeholders to implement people initiatives that support business growth, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance overall workforce performance.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Lead HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and compliance activities.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions and identify trends.
Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to improve HR service delivery.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Coach managers and support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner and HR Operations responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.
Experience supporting BPO, shared services, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling complex employee relations matters and labor compliance concerns.
Proficient in HR systems, reporting, analytics, and HR process improvement.
Experience leading HR projects or mentoring HR team members is an advantage.
