Qualifications

• Experience with US HR or Shared Services in the last 2 years.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee exits, including communication and coordination with IT and Facilities.
• Support employee changes such as transfers and promotions.
• Track Improvement Action Plan and filing for HR Operations.
• Communicate with new hires and leaders about onboarding goals.
• Support HR Operations systems and assist internal and external users.
• Assist with internal reports and administration to ensure smooth processes.
• Process HR information like unemployment claims and rehiring eligibility.
• Organize employee data, such as exit feedback and attrition reports.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR Operations.
• Maintain an electronic filing system with updates and audits.
