Job summary

Provide Innovative Solutions Marketing Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance in the Philippines.

The role covers payroll-related activities and HR documentation support for senior executives. Responsibilities include administering performance management, training coordination, office administration, and cross-department communication to sustain an efficient, compliant, and engaging workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, Management).
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration.
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll software preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
