Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance professional for a 1-year contract in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and act as SME on processes and services, handling inquiries through various channels and managing HR transactions such as Employment Pass renewals and leave claims.

You will coordinate reporting, verifications and reference checks, maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies, data privacy and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Knowledge of process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems is preferred.
• Comfortable managing both daily operations and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations inquiries.
• Act as SME on HR Operations processes and services.
• Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries through shared mailboxes and case systems.
• Manage HR transactions, Employment Pass renewals, e-signatures, and government-paid leave claims.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, surveys, employment verification and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy and governance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
