Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig, Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, HR databases, and 201 files while coordinating payroll and government-mandated benefits.

You will ensure compliance with PH labor laws, support employee relations and training, and prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, candidate trackers, and formal employment documents for management oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in full cycle recruitment and onboarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of PH labor standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full hiring cycle from sourcing to successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and 201 files.
• Coordinate attendance, leave administration, payroll preparation, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure all internal policies align with PH labor laws.
• Assist in employee relations, engagement activities, and performance training initiatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports, candidate trackers, and formal employment documents.
