Job summary

A local bank in the Philippines is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance professional to join its team on a one-year contract.

You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries, manage HR transactions, ensure data privacy, and drive process improvements across HR with a focus on service delivery and governance.

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, ability to navigate shared mailboxes, case systems, and HRIS such as Workday, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Process Improvement or Business Analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, UAT or project implementation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external enquiries directed to the HR Operations team.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned HR Operations processes and services.
• Handle employee and stakeholder enquiries through shared mailboxes, case management systems and other channels.
• Manage HR transactions, Employment Pass renewals, electronic signature assignments and government-paid leave claims.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, government surveys, employment verification and reference checks.
