Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee HR operations and support activities within a global shared services environment. You will lead teams, drive service quality, and ensure compliant HR practices across regions.

Experience with compliance, audits, and stakeholder management is essential. You will partner with onshore and offshore teams, manage KPIs, and drive process improvements, automation, and technology enablement to deliver high-quality HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or Shared Services.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR Operations and Support activities.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage team performance.
Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, service quality, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operating standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and tech enablement.
Collaborate with HR functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Resolve escalated employee and applicant concerns and maintain strong customer service.
Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits and address compliance risks.
Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a global HR environment.
