You will work with a US-based senior HR manager, execute status changes, leaves, and payroll-related benefit tasks, and help optimize runbooks as processes automate.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience with HRIS tools like BambooHR and PlanSource.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in HR operations, benefits administration, or HR shared services
• Strong English written and verbal communication
• Experience handling confidential data with a privacy mindset
• Comfortable with multiple web portals and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Process employee status changes end-to-end in HR systems
• Administer leaves of absence and track eligibility and benefits
• Run weekly benefits cadence and manage ICHRA/Savií data
• Audit onboarding/offboarding flows and verify documentation
• Manage HR inbox and respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Support payroll-related benefit deductions and reconciliations
• Maintain data quality and run recurring data audits
