Job summary

Sapient Global is hiring an HR Onboarding Support Specialist for our Makati site. This role oversees the full onboarding process for candidates assigned to US-based accounts and ensures documents are complete and accurate.

You will guide new hires through onboarding and help them transition into active deployment. Strong English communication and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this night-shift, on-site role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling US accounts.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Background in Retail, Sales, or Technical Support is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a night shift or graveyard schedule.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Preferably with a stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Check pre-employment requirements for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain onboarding records and trackers
• Update employee documentation and onboarding systems
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support candidates until deployment
• Coordinate schedules with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
• Provide clear updates to candidates and stakeholders
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the process
• Prepare timely status reports
• Support recruitment operations for US client accounts
